BUILDING ENTRANCE DOORS: Residents are asked to make sure the building entrance doors remain closed while not in use. It serves as an added layer of security to unit entrances.
SEASONAL REMINDER – THERMOSTATS: Residents planning on being away from or leaving their unit vacant for any period of time during the winter months are responsible for keeping the heat operational and set
to an appropriate temperature to mitigate pipe and supply lines from freezing, bursting, and causing damage to units and common elements.
PARKING PERMITS: Residents are reminded that valid and visibly displayed permits are required at all times when parked on the property. Issuance of 2021 parking permits is temporarily deferred – the existing 2020 resident and visitor permits remain valid until new ones are issued.
LEASING/RENTING UNITS: Units should not be rented or leased for short term periods nor should they be used for transient or hotel purposes (i.e., Airbnb).
YEAR END TRASH SCHEDULE: Year-end trash collection (regular pickups on Monday, Wednesday, and Saturday) is unaffected. Makeup days for the regular Friday recycling pickups on Christmas and New Year’s Day will respectively be on 12/26 and 1/2, in addition to regular Tuesday pickups.
VALUABLES AND PERSONAL PROPERTY: Residents are encouraged to keep valuables in your vehicle hidden, out of sight, or better, out of vehicles altogether.
ASSOCIATION PAY: Consider enrolling in Association Pay for auto debit of monthly condominium fees. An application form and sample application were recently uploaded to the website after recent inquiries by residents.
