To all Residents:
There are still a significant number of residents that have not completed the 2026 annual vehicle and pet registration process, which ran from December 15, 2025 to January 4, 2026. Please register ASAP if you haven’t already.
For those who have registered, parking permits and visitor hangtags will be distributed as follows:
- Tuesday, January 6th -11:00am to 1:00pm and 5:00pm to 7:00pm
- Wednesday, January 7th – 5:00pm to 7:00pm
- Saturday, January 10th – 10:00am to 1:00pm
Please remember to bring the required identification (photo ID for all residents and a current lease for renters). You will need approximately 15 minutes to review and sign documentation in order to obtain your 2026 parking passes.
For any registrations submitted on January 6, 2026 or later, we will try to process them within one day to permit pickup on January 7th or 10th. Beyond that, residents will need to make an appointment with Krystal Hudson at Capitol Management’s offices between January 13th-16th to complete the registration process and secure your passes.
Enforcement of 2026 parking permits begins Saturday, January 17, 2026.
