To all Residents –
This is a final reminder. Required 2026 online vehicle and pet registrations are past due at this point. All residents must register online. Any online registrations received prior to December 14, 2025, the start of the 2026 annual registration process, will no longer be valid when 2026 enforcement begins, as previously indicated.
Please note: If an online registration is not received by 5pm EST on Friday January 9th, you run the risk of not receiving parking passes prior to 2026 enforcement starting Saturday, January 17th.
In order to secure your 2026 parking permits and visitor hangtag, please complete your registration online via the Westwood Village website by 5pm Friday. If an online registration is not received by then, you will not be able to obtain your parking passes at the Clubhouse on Saturday, January 10th, AND no passes for the unit will be provided to Capitol Management for pick up by appointment at their offices between January 13th to 16th.
As a reminder, please allow for 15 minutes in-person to complete a review/sign-offs on various registration documents. Valid identification (photo id for owners and photo id and current lease for renters) is required to collect your passes. No exceptions will be granted.
Remaining pick-up times for residents who have completed the online registration are:
- Wednesday, January 7th, 5:00-7:00pm (at the Clubhouse)
- Saturday, January 10th, 10:00am to 1:00pm (at the Clubhouse)
- By appointment only at Capitol Management’s Office January 13th-16th
Please help us close this process out! There are 40+ units that have not completed the registration online via westwoodvillageuoa.com as of 2pm January 7th.
