Westwood Village Condominium March Activities

To all Residents:

Please be advised of the following activities scheduled for March:

March 10th – 13th:  Annual Carpet Cleaning in all Building Hallways, weather permitting

March 24th:  Westwood Village Condominium Association Board Meeting in the Clubhouse (7-8pm)

March Inspections:  As the weather gets warmer, the Property Management team will begin external building inspections, including patios, balconies, and main building doors.  Additionally, we will be checking buildings for any loose siding, given the numerous high wind events we’ve experienced over the past several months.  If you’ve noticed any patio/balcony items or building-related items that you would like to point out, please report an issue through the Westwood Village website (westwoodvillage@uoa.com) and reference “for March Inspection Consideration.”

2026 Monthly Condo Fee Assessments:  Additionally, the Board has seen an uptick in monthly assessments that have not been paid in full for the past couple of months.  Please make sure that if you are on Bill Pay that you have updated the amount debited through your own personal bank to agree to the Schedule of Condominium Fees for FY 2026, as included with the Board’s letter dated November 24, 2025.  If you have any questions, please email Angela Miner at angela@capitolmanagementcorp.net.
