Please be advised that the Board was notified on Wednesday evening that our Property Management team at Capitol Management has various planned vacations in the near term, including Krystal Hudson being out of office from July 10th (today) through July 17th. Any direct calls/emails to Krystal from July 10th to July 17th may receive a more significant delayed response from Capitol Management.
The Board recommends the following:
- Use the “Report an Issue” form on the UOA website (westwoodvillageuoa.com) first. When a resident uses that functionality, the Board also receives the communication immediately. This will help the Board monitor any reported issues to ensure a member of the Capitol Management team responds timely.
- Call Capitol Management and select Kathy Harris’s extension from the opening prompt. Ms. Harris also is a property manager for our community. She will be helping cover while Krystal is on vacation.
If you experience a property management-related emergency, please continue to call the emergency line listed on the website for prompt response. For any active fire, safety and/or police-related matters, please ensure you are calling Fairfax County for emergency response.
