To All Residents –
As 2025 comes to a close, it is time once again for our Annual Vehicle & Pet Registration.
All residents are required to complete an online registration form for each vehicle and any pets in their household no later than January 4, 2026. The Vehicle Registration Form, which includes a section for pet registration, can be found under ‘Forms’ on the Westwood Village Unit Owners Association website at westwoodvillageuoa.com. A new registration for each household MUST be completed sometime between December 15, 2025 to January 4, 2026. If for any reason you are unable to complete the registration form, please contact Krystal Hudson at Capitol Management for assistance.
The 2026 Parking Permits and Visitor Hangtags will be distributed on the dates listed below at the specified times:
- Tuesday, January 6th – 11:00am to 1:00pm and 5:00pm to 7:00pm
- Wednesday, January 7th – 5:00pm to 7:00pm
- Saturday, January 10th – 10am to 1:00pm
Please plan to stop by the clubhouse during these dates/times at your convenience. If you cannot make one of the dates/times above, please make an appointment with Krystal Hudson to pick up your parking passes at Capitol Management’s office between January 13th-16th. Enforcement of 2026 parking permits will begin on Saturday, January 17, 2026.
Parking permits will not be distributed to a resident without a completed registration and identification (photo ID for all residents and a current lease for renters). Additionally, all residents will be asked to review and sign a form regarding community rules and other matters at the time of pick up. Therefore, please allow for approximately 15 minutes to complete all requirements.
