To All Owners and Residents:
As you can see, digging out from this storm continues to be a slow process by our Snow Removal company. While there is better clearance of streets, there is still work to go on building steps, sidewalks throughout the community, especially those leading to certain trash corrals, and additional clearance of parking spaces, including shared visitor parking at the front of the community.
Today, we have been promised clearance of all building steps and sidewalks throughout the community, with the work expected to begin this morning. The first focus is on clearing any untouched sidewalks. Then the Snow Removal Company will be revisiting sidewalks and building steps to widen/finish any work started.
We are still waiting to understand clearance of parking spaces, including the shared visitor parking along Northern Neck Drive for short-term visitors.
The Snow Removal Company continues to be difficult to reach and non-committal on providing the full services in our contract. We will update later today if any additional information is forthcoming.
