To All Owners and Residents:
The Clubhouse roof was inspected earlier this month and unfortunately, the roof needs to be replaced fully, given significant deterioration. The Townhomes HOA, who manages the Clubhouse/Pool, will be overseeing the work, but we wanted to inform you of this significant activity, as there will be impacts to our Condo community as well.
Please note the following impacts:
Date of Work – Week of November 3rd, starting on Monday November 3rd, weather permitting
Timing of Work – 7:30am to 5:30pm each day
Shared Visitor Parking Closed – The 5 Visitor spots to the side of the Clubhouse will be closed from 7:30am to 5:30pm. Any visitor parked in that area will be towed, at the owner’s expense, starting at 7:30am.
Please ensure any visitors are using the other 5 shared visitor spots along Ashgrove House Lane. As a reminder, the shared visitor parking is for short-term parking only, as outlined in the shared visitor parking policy on the UOA website.
Clubhouse/Fitness Center – The Clubhouse, including the Fitness Center, will be CLOSED from 7:30am-5:30pm each day, while work is being performed.
Noise – For those Buildings near the Clubhouse, there will be some level of noise that is unavoidable, unfortunately.
Thank you for your cooperation and patience during this time. We will advise when all work is completed and normal operations in and around the Clubhouse are restored.
