To all Owners and Residents:
While we did have one team from our Snow Removal contractor come back on property for additional clearance of sidewalks, including near the central trash corrals in the community, no additional service was provided yesterday to our community. The Snow Removal contractor also released a general statement to all customers via email that clearance of parking spaces and further work on drive lanes deemed passable would likely NOT occur until next week when the temperatures get above freezing.
We called several other companies yesterday to see if they could assist, but unfortunately, many have depleted their magnesium chloride resources or are still actively working to serve their current customers. We will keep trying to identify and bring resources to property to clear shared visitor parking, melt ice in front of parked cars, and remove snow from empty parking spaces throughout the community.
Again, we have notified our Snow Removal contractor that we do not believe their performance has been acceptable and in line with previous historical responses.
