To All Residents and Owners –
The Westwood Village Condominium Unit Owners Association (CUOA) plans to meet during 2026 as follows:
- January 20, 2026 – 7:00-8:00pm EST
- March 24, 2026 – 7:00-8:00pm EST
- May 19, 2026 – 7:00-8:30pm EST
- July 21, 2026 – 7:00-8:00pm EST
- September 15, 2026 – 7:00-8:30pm EST
- October 20, 2026 – 7:00-8:00pm (Special Finance Meeting only) EST
- November 17, 2026 – 7:00-8:30pm EST
The January meeting will be an in-person meeting in the Clubhouse. Please remember to bring your key card to access the Clubhouse for the meeting. If a resident or owner would like to attend via Zoom, please send an email to board@westwoodvillageuoa.com. A Board member will provide the link and related passcode for the meeting back to you via email.
Future meeting details for in-person vs. Zoom, will be announced closer to each meeting. Additional meetings will be added, as necessary, to address any pressing matters.
Since the Board hopes to have more participation in 2026, we will use the January meeting to determine whether any adjustments to the planned 2026 meeting schedule is necessary based on feedback from attendees.
The Board looks forward to kicking off the first 2026 meeting next week!
