To all Owners and Residents:
As previously announced, the entire Westwood Village Community is in the middle of a paving process.
Thank you to all who moved your vehicles from the Yellow Zone this morning. Al’s Towing did relocate or tow a number of cars. If your vehicle was relocated, it is likely on Leeds Castle or the front side of Northern Neck Drive. Please contact Al’s Towing for any questions regarding your vehicle. Where possible, all cars were considered for relocation first if space permitted. Capitol Management will be assessing all relocation fees from this week back to residents upon receipt of the respective invoices.
Vehicles will be able to return to the Yellow Zone around 8pm this evening. Please do not enter the area until permitted to allow work to fully complete.
Thursday
- Starting at 6am, there will be NO Parking on Ashgrove House Lane — NO Reserved Parking and NO Visitor Parking. Vehicles should not be moved back until Friday 8pm. Residents will be permitted to park in the Shared Visitor Spots on Northern Neck Drive near the Clubhouse on Thursday and Friday.
- Starting at 6am, the Northern Neck Drive and Leeds Castle entry points to Ashgrove House Lane will be closed. All vehicles exiting the property will need to exit via the backside of Northern Neck Drive, through the Townhomes and up one side of the street. See the map included in this post.
- Please be mindful that one side of Ashgrove House Lane will be closed the entire day. Traffic in and out of property will be challenging. Leave early and return late, if possible.
Friday
- There will be NO Parking on Ashgrove House Lane — NO Reserved Parking and NO Visitor Parking.
