To All Owners and Residents:
As previously announced, our community paving project is underway.
Today’s focus is on the Green Zone. Please do not attempt to return to Leeds Castle or the unreserved parking on the backside of the property included in the Green Zone until 8pm tonight (or later tonight). If you did not move your vehicle as requested, the vehicle has been relocated on property, when possible, or towed off property. Some cars went into reserved spots where we knew owners were not on property, into handicap spots, or fire lanes. Please move your car promptly to Walmart or appropriate parking spots. Any cars relocated that are not retrieved will be towed this afternoon. All relocations and towing are at the owner’s expense. Call Al’s Towing if you cannot readily locate your vehicle.
For tomorrow, we need everyone’s help in getting out of the Yellow Zone NO LATER THAN 6am. The Paving Company is arriving at 6am to test the depth of potholes and move trucks into the daily impact zone so that they can begin promptly at 7am. The last two days we have had between 15 to 20 cars that haven’t moved on time. Tomorrow’s work zone covers many unreserved spots at the back of property as well as some reserved spots. If you have a second vehicle on property, please move it to Walmart or another location today (if possible) to avoid any issues tomorrow morning. Tomorrow, any owner who does not move their vehicle by 6am will pay for relocation/towing plus fees assessed for any contractor delays to the 7am start time.
As a reminder, Shared Visitor parking may be used at the front of the community with Resident permits overnight.
We know that this is a difficult process given our limited parking, but it is worth it. The first section of our community looks amazing. Help us get the rest of the community done as painlessly as possible!
