Westwood Village Paving Update 10/22

To all Owners and Residents:

Thank you to everyone who moved their vehicles prior to 6am this morning from Ashgrove House Lane.

Please be advised that any vehicle that was still on Ashgrove House Lane as of 6am was relocated to the back of the property, as there was sufficient unreserved space to accommodate those vehicles this morning, as opposed to all of the other mornings this week.

As a reminder:

  • All vehicles must exit out of the condo-side of the community via the back of Northern Neck Drive through the Townhomes.  See the map for directions on how to get out of the property.
  • No vehicles should return to any parking spots on Ashgrove House Lane to park overnight on 10/22 (Thursday night into 10/23 Friday morning).  Any vehicles that return will be towed or relocated at the owners’ expense.
  • Ashgrove House Lane will have a single drive lane and entrance/exit out of the gate both Thursday and Friday.  Please drive slowly throughout the community and follow all of the contractor’s directions when entering or exiting the property.

Please note that there were multiple vehicles identified this week that have 2025 permits or 2025 Visitor Hangtags only in their vehicle or no permits/visitor hangtags at all.  The 2025 permits and hangtags expired in mid-January 2026, as announced.  Any vehicle with expired or no permits/visitor hangtags will be towed, as they are in violation of community rules.  Additionally, any vehicle displaying a residential permit that has not been registered is subject to towing, even if a 2026 permit is present.   All vehicles must be registered via our website.  If you are a renter, please contact your owner or property agent if you were given expired 2025 permits/hangtags.  If you are an owner, please contact Capitol Management on any questions regarding parking permits and vehicle registration.

Thanks again for your cooperation.
