To all Owners and Residents –
Please be advised that the paving contractor changed the traffic flow this morning as a large paving machine had a failure and is currently not able to be moved at the intersection between Ashgrove House Lane and the entrance to Northern Neck Drive on the backside of property. While they are waiting to repair it, they have left open Northern Neck Drive near the pool and working to direct traffic in and out of the community.
Please follow the contractor’s directions when driving on property. There are individuals out helping the traffic flow in and out of the community.
We will update you as we have additional information.
