To All Owners and Residents –
Our arborist has had an opening the morning of Tuesday May 26th and has offered to work in our community from approximately 8am to 1pm to address certain priority pruning items.
The arborist has identified the following parking spaces that will need to be clear of cars by 9am, Tuesday May 26th:
Spaces Near Building 1576 Leeds Castle: Reserved Spots 185 through 189 and Handicap Spots 190 through 196
Spaces Near Building 1541 and 1547 Northern Neck: Reserved Spots 37, 38, 39, and 40
Please move your vehicle to the unreserved open spaces by 9am on Tuesday, May 26th if you plan to be on property. Unfortunately, we will have to relocate and/or tow any cars in the aforementioned spaces at 9am at the owner’s expense.
We will alert if the arborist has to cancel and reschedule due to weather.
Note: The priority determination was based on safety, then order in which residents reported as well as contractor determination of effort he could complete within the window available.
