To all Residents:
As discussed in the May Board meeting, arborist work this year has been scheduled across multiple days. Please monitor the website announcements for any changes as work progresses. Weather permitting, parking is currently expected to be impacted as follows:
June 25th
No parking in Reserved spots 144 to 156 and 157 to 169.
Also, please note common area trees around the back/side of LCD (1582, 1588, 1592), NND (1583, 1577) and AHL (8866) will be a focus.
June 26th
No parking in Reserved spots 205 to 215 and 233 to 245.
Also, please note common area trees around the back/side of LCD (1582, 1588, 1592), NND (1583, 1577) and AHL (8866) will be a focus, if not done on June 25th.
June 29th
No parking Reserved spots 157 to 161.
Also, please note common area trees between 1597 NND and 8846 AHL, 8840, AHL, and 8830 AHL. The arborist team also will spend time behind 1530 NND.
June 30th
To be announced, if any remaining work. Likely impact to Reserved sports 67 to 71 near 1540 NND.
Please note that any resident who does not move their vehicle by 7:30am from the daily impacted areas will be towed and/or relocated at the owner’s expense. It a tow or relocation cannot be done timely or due to the type of vehicle, the resident will be assessed any penalties the UOA incurs if the arborist cannot perform the work planned for the day. The arborist will be posting signs. Please move your vehicles from impacted areas no later than 7:30am each morning.
If you are leaving for an extended vacation during this time, Unreserved Spots 88 through 128 are the best spots to park your vehicle.
