To All Owners/Residents:
At this point, all owners and residents should have seen the announcements and/or flyers posted in each Building re: the Condominium paving that will get underway EARLY Monday morning (October 19th).
Parking
With respect to parking, we had hoped that JBG, who owns the Sheraton Premiere property, would allow us to use their back parking lot next week. Unfortunately, JBG informed us at the last minute on Wednesday evening that they would require both Westwood Village Associations to secure various significant insurances prior to October 19th. Obviously, it is not administratively feasible to secure these types of insurances before next week.
For residents impacted by daily work zones, please note the following from 6am to 8pm next week:
- Residents will be permitted to park in the shared visitor sections (provided the shared visitor spaces are not in a daily work zone).
- Residents will be permitted to park in Unreserved spots on the Townhomes side.
- Residents will be permitted to park in handicap spots and the EV charger spots. We simply request that you use these spots as a last resort and look for Unreserved spots first.
As a courtesy to impacted neighbors each day, we ask that if you have multiple cars and one car will remain on property, that you keep that car in your RESERVED spot, provided it is not in a daily work zone. This will free up Unreserved spots for the daily impacted residents. We also request that you keep Visitors to a minimum.
If you have the ability to move your car(s) off property, we would greatly appreciate it. Some local parking options include:
- Walmart – $20/day
- Tysons Boro – $13/day for public and metro adjacent parking and some limited free street parking
As a reminder, there will be NO PARKING from 6am to 8pm daily as follows:
| October 19 | Ashgrove House Lane – 2 Visitor Spots inside of the gates – Front milling work will take place at the gate section after the morning rush hour to allow ground gate sensors to placed prior to the paving scheduled for later in the week. Therefore, expect a brief time mid-day where only one lane will be available to move through the gates. |

Any vehicle that is not moved will be relocated or towed at the owner’s expense.

Trash
The Trash Corral between Buildings 1516 and 1520 Northern Neck Drive will not be reachable by Patriot Disposal on Monday (10/19). Please try to limit waste and recycling thrown in the respective bins in that corral after mid-day Friday morning to Monday. Normal service will return for Wednesday and Friday.
No other Trash Corrals will be impacted by the paving.
