Dear Residents,
The Association will soon be transitioning to a new clubhouse access control system. Before the new system is implemented, we must verify all active clubhouse access cards to ensure our records are accurate and up to date.
Under the new access control system, clubhouse access cards will no longer be assigned to a community address. Instead, each card will be assigned to an individual resident associated with the property’s primary tenant or primary owner-occupant, just as our gate access credentials are currently managed.
To complete this transition, one adult resident from each home must complete the following link to the Clubhouse Access Card Verification Form and submit every clubhouse access card currently assigned to your address for verification. Only cards that are verified during this process will be transferred to the new access control system.
The deadline to submit your verification form and all clubhouse access cards is August 12, 2026.
Important: Any clubhouse access card that is not submitted and verified by August 12, 2026, will not be migrated to the new access control system and will be permanently deactivated. Deactivated cards will no longer provide access to the clubhouse.
This verification process will ensure that:
- The Association’s access card records are accurate and current.
- Only authorized residents have active clubhouse access cards.
- Each access card is properly assigned to an individual resident in the new system.
- The transition to the new access control system is completed as smoothly as possible.
Below is an image of a clubhouse access card and the number we need is circled in red.

We appreciate your cooperation and prompt attention to this matter. If you have any questions regarding the verification process, please ‘Report an Issue’ through the Westwood Village Condominium UOA website, and Capitol Management or the Board will follow-up with you directly.
Thank you for your assistance as we modernize the Association’s clubhouse access.
