The Townhome HOA agreed with Condo UOA to extend the due date for the Clubhouse Access Card Verification Forms given less than 50% of the community registered their access cards by the original deadline.
As a final reminder, please ensure your cards are migrated to the new system. To do so, one adult resident from each home must complete the following link to the Clubhouse Access Card Verification Form and submit every clubhouse access card currently assigned to your address for verification. Only cards that are verified during this process will be transferred to the new access control system.
Important: Any clubhouse access card that is not submitted and verified by August 22, 2026, will not be migrated to the new access control system and will be permanently deactivated. Deactivated cards will no longer provide access to the clubhouse. THIS IS THE FINAL REMINDER.
