A few quick updates/reminders:
July 18th Storm Call Box Issues – As announced previously, the July 18th storm caused a power surge that damaged multiple electrical panels and call box equipment, namely to buildings 1583 NND, 1577NND, 8866 AHL, 8860 AHL, 1592 LCD, and 1588 LCD. Verizon has been out multiple times and is still working to resolve the issues to ensure Verizon phone line equipment is replaced. As soon as these are replaced, we will have the Call Boxes serviced to bring them back online. We appreciate your patience.
Clubhouse Access Card Verification – Please do not forget to complete and submit the required form to ensure your Clubhouse Access Card migrates to the new system. All forms must be received by August 12th or the cards will be deactivated. Please see the July 21st Announcement for further details. We have added the link “Access Card Verification Form” below again.
Note: If your card is deactivated, you will have to pay for issuance of new cards by the Townhomes HOA Property Management Company. That process may not be timely. Therefore, you could lose privileges to the Clubhouse and Pool. Don’t delay! Only 45 units of 154 units have completed the verification forms so far.

Wasp Nests – We continue to treat the wasp nests behind Buildings 1531, 1537, 1541, and 1547 on Northern Neck Drive. The nests are on the ground, look like piles of dirt all around the sidewalk behind the buildings, and are currently being treated. We recommend staying away from this area when walking as we continue to work to treat the nests.
