Please be advised of the following:
October 1st – Please be advised that on Thursday, October 1st, there will be workers from one of our pest control companies performing various sealing and treatment activities around the perimeter of 2 rows of Buildings, as follows:
- Northern Neck Drive Buildings 1531, 1537, 1541 and 1547
- Leeds Castle Drive Buildings 1571, 1577, 1581, 1587, 1591 and 1597
During this work, there will be a need for the workers to enter ground-level lower patio areas or near front windows of the buildings.
Additionally, the workers will be placing certain screens in front of two sewers located in the grass area behind the two aforementioned rows of buildings and behind Ashgrove House Lane Buildings 8836 and 8840.
All treatments are safe for pets; however, if you have a cat who frequently enters those sewers, please be mindful before letting your cat out for the day.
Mid-to-Late October – Please note that we have actively been coordinating paving efforts with the Townhomes HOA for the entire community. Paving will take place mid-to-late October. We hope to finalize dates later this week. Flyers and further information will be posted when details are finalized. During the paving/restriping work, vehicles will not be allowed in impacted areas. If you are planning travel from October 14th through October 31st, please make sure you monitor updates. Since every parking space will be impacted throughout the process, any cars that are not moved according to forthcoming posted instructions will be towed at the owners’ expense.
