As announced several weeks ago and detailed in an October 7th Announcement, the Westwood Village Community Paving begins this week.
Key impacts for the Condominiums are as follows:
When driving and walking pets, be mindful of all closed roadways.
Please check the website periodically for updates, especially related to daily changes due to weather delays or any unforeseen circumstances.
October 13 – No parking is permitted in the WWV Condo designated parking spaces outside of the gate on Ashgrove House Lane from 6am – 7pm. Any vehicles parked there will be towed at the owners’ expense.
October 19, 20 and 21 – The Condominium UOA will pave our side of the community. No vehicles will be permitted in the daily work zone each day from 6am to 8pm. See the map below for further details on daily impacted areas.
October 22 and 23 – The Condominium UOA will pave Ashgrove House Lane from the gate area back to the Townhomes HOA property line. No vehicles will be permitted to park on Ashgrove House Lane either day from 6am to 8pm during the paving process. The Condo side of the street will be blocked fully on October 22. Therefore, all cars parked on Northern Neck Drive and Leeds Castle will need to use the backside of Northern Neck Drive to loop through the Townhomes property to gain access to the open side of Ashgrove House Lane to exit the property on October 22.
Additional updates will be posted this week as we work to finalize the plans. Signs also will be posted throughout the Buildings. Please try to avoid having visitors on property next week.
